In order to register your username and password, please fill in the information below. 

Please avoid using special characters, such as: &,%,#,$ while creating your user name. 

The password must include all of the following:  1 small-case letter, 1 capital letter, 1 digit, and  1 special character;  for example:  %, $, or #.  The length of your password should be between 7-30 characters.  Spaces are allowed in your password.  The sequence of the characters is not important.  Please contact member service at ( 417) 859-2216 if you have any difficulty registering your account.    Have a great day!

Enter a valid email address.
Enter a user name. It must be of at least the minimum configured length, must be an alphanumeric value, must not start/end with a space, and must not contain any of these characters !"#$%&'()*+,/:;<=>?@[\]^`{|}
Enter your password.
Re-enter the password to confirm.
