Welcome to SWCE’s member online portal.
All members using this redesigned portal for the first time will need to register their account login. The registration process will enable members to associate one or multiple SWCE accounts to the same username.
To create an account login, the password must include at least: 1 capital letter, 1 lowercase letter, 1 digit, and 1 special character. Examples of special characters are %, $, #, !, etc. Password length will need to be between 7-30 characters.
Effective January 18, 2025: To improve upon existing security measures, you will need to reset your password to login the first time after the 18th. To do so please, click the “Reset Password” button, enter your username and then “Submit”. An email to reset your password will be sent to the email address you used when you created your username. If you need further assistance, please contact the utility office.
